I finally saw Booker Woodfox play last Sunday at Bellevue University in the Council Bluffs Summer League tournament. I can't believe how quick he is, it's obscene. He can get to the bucket against anyone. From what I saw, he's very offensive-minded. He hit a few deep threes, but he also seemed to settle for jump shots quite a bit. I think that's just because it's a summer league.
Anyway, long story short, Woodfox is a scoring machine - he just needs to stay under control. That's what Altman's here for.
Kenton Walker also played in that game. He looked good too, but didn't hustle very hard. During a fast-break, he gave up on chasing a ball and it flew out of bounds. You could hear Nick porter shout at him for giving up. A few plays later, he hurt his leg playing defense. It didn't look serious at all, but he limped of the court.
