Tolliver moves to Iowa

This post is long overdue, but here goes. Anthony Tolliver has been aquired by Iowa Energy, a team in the NBA's Developmental League, or D-League. Teams are allowed to select players from a player pool.

Iowa Energy play in Des Moines, only a few hours away from Omaha. It might be fun to go watch a game some time. I'm not sure how much they get paid, but I'm almost positive it much less than playing overseas. I've heard Tolliver speak in interviews where he talked about players going to Europe and other places to play because they make enough money to support themselves. The D-League is more relevant to those trying to get noticed and land a spot on an NBA roster, however.
